The Super Bowl starts in under twelve hours. It isn’t too late to get ready. $200 million has been bet on the game result on Kalshi alone. Bet only what you can easily afford to lose, but betting makes the game 100x more fun to watch.
Whether you want to bet big or just a small free bet, you can still sign up for the Kalshi prediction market. Never pay deposit fees and it is too late for bank or wire transfers. But you can still use Venmo or PayPal (PYPL). Neither side charges fees on transfers.
Deposit at least $30 to start which ensures that you have enough to make the free $25 bet (if you deposit exactly $25 and try to bet exactly $25 there is a catch-22 in which the order could clear at a few pennies short of qualifying for the $25 bonus).
Once you’ve signed up, send an email to support@kalshi.com noting that it is a “DNEGS Sweepstakes Entry” which puts you in a $10k drawing. Bet whatever you like but one bet to consider: buy 50 contracts of Seattle winning the first quarter.
It costs ~$25.38 with a $0.49 limit. If you lose the bet, you essentially tie because this bet triggers the $25 sign up bonus. If you win the bet, you get a $75 payout between the $24.62 profit and the $25 bonus.
You now have $50 of house money with three quarters of the game to go, so you can choose to withdraw it or roll it into something else early in the evening while there’s still plenty of action.
